Our experienced interim HR professionals offer operational, tactical and strategic support and have knowledge of and experience with project management and change management. They are therefore also applicable if you need temporary additional capacity, for example in case of a transition time or for an HR project or change process (set up HR function, merger, reorganisation, translate an organisational strategy into an HR Strategy etc.).

Is your organisation a start up or too small to have its own HR department, but does it have quite some HR priorities? Our Workwide MKB subscription might be a good solution for your organisation. The Workwide MKB concept offers an HR professional who will (temporarily) strengthen your organisation on the basis of agreed hours per month. Our MKB subscription ensures you operational, tactical and strategic HR support in a fixed pattern at predetermined transparent costs. Of course we determine together, based on your need, which tasks should be outsourced. On this basis, we quickly introduce a practical HR professional who fits your organisation and preferably lives in your area. Before we introduce a candidate to you, we analyse the assignment and objective together with you first. On this basis, we introduce two interim HR professionals.
